All the Gears are profile ground on the best German and Hungarian
Gear Grinders so as to achieve the acceptable Gear Accuracy. The
accuracy on these machines can be achieved close to DIN6. .
If needed gear test profile graphs also can be provided. The company
has Hoefler, Niles and Csepel Gear Grinders.
Gear Hobbers
The gear Blanks of alloy steel as well as phosphorous bronze gears are
generated with special cutter on hobbing machine. TOS, Pfauter,
Batliboi are some of the few Gear Hobbing machines that the company
has.
CNC Machines
All shaft and Gear Blanks are precision turned on rigid CNC machines
so as to manufacture accurate turned components within tolerance
limits.The Gearbox Housings are also machined on machining centers so to
achieve bore concentricity and precision.
Milling machine for Keyways
Keyways on shafts are machined on accurate Milling machine designed
specially for Keyways
Face Grinding
All Gears are face ground on this machine so as to achieve the required finishing and surface accuracy after Hardening.
Boring machine
The housing made from graded close grain cast Iron are accurately bored on WMW make Boring Machine with digital Read Out system.
Cylindrical Grinding Machine
All components like shafts, gears are cylindrical ground on highly precise cylindrical grinding machine.
Pneumatic Tools
The assembly section has pneumatic tools for faster productivity and handling of Gearboxes while assembling.
Testing Equipments
Gear Testers, All Ground Gears are tested on Gear testers for determining the accuracy of Gears
Hardness testers : All Gears and shafts are tested on Hardness tester for determining whether the Heat treated gears fall under the required hardness
Final testing
All Gearboxes are tested for noise, oil leakages and vibration before dispatch
